Q: Isthhis an easy off tape, can you peel it off after it has been on for a few months without damaging the paper?

I don't believe you can peel this off without damaging paper. I use it to affix my photographs to mats because it is acid free (very important). When I have positioned the photo incorrectly I peel it off quickly and re-position it. Sometimes this causes a bit of the paper to peel off, but because it is the back of the mat it is not a problem. This is a great product for photography and art work, but I wouldn't use it if you need to guarantee that you can peel it off without damage.

Q: I want to secure my son’s sheepskin diploma to the acid free matte. tiny dots supplied came loose. can i use on diploma?

Sheepskin should be mounted by a professional. I know it must be matted to leave an air space, and pasted to its backing. Sheepskin expands and contracts with temp and humidity.

Q: Does any one know of a clear, single sided, acid free tape that is NOT permanent?

Neschen Filmoplast P Archival Mending Tape says that it is.
