AquaCare 80-mode High Pressure Shower Head Combo with Arm & Dual Power Wash

The delivery was 3 days later than they advised, but once received and installed it was well worth the wait. So much better than the shower head that was already installed in my apartment. I was able to swap them out myself.

Great product, ready to install. The order came early. Will use again.

I had this brand at my last house and never had an issue. This time, though, after a few months, I noticed a crack had developed on the ball joint where the threading is. Now I'm trying to track down the manufacturer for a warranty claim, but they don't seem to want to be found.

Really loved the functionality of this product however one of the connectors broke after 3 months and it can't be repaired and no refund. We are an older couple so there was no heavy use or misuse. Rarely used the spray attachment but it was nice to have when we did. Good spray selection but the adjustments were hard to turn and not marked.

Water shot out the adjustable arm joint. No way to seal or tighten that joint. Returned. Ps: loved the power of the sprayer. Was sad it didn’t work. Tried two and both leaked at the same joint.

We have had ours under two months and it has cracked and leaking. Buyer beware

Cool designs and function, but poor quality. The first one I bought broke. I figured it happens. Bought another one and when that one broke in the same place, I had enough. The nut that attaches the shower-head to the main pipe is plastic and cannot support the weight of the shower-head assembly - so it breaks.

I ordered a new unit for $109.99 & I received a used one that was still wet, had the used plumbing tape still on, box smelled like mildew, 1/2 of the directions gone, shower head scratched up. Box was wet & tearing apart & smelled like mildew. I was shocked that this was even sent out because you could definitely see w/ the damaged box that this was not new. So disappointed! I wouldn’t pay $19.99 for what I received today!
