Cartridge game save fix +/- of this item
Everything was perfect except for the thickness. On some of the cartridges it was a little to thick to have the cartridge close all the way and it is designed so you can't trim it down when you come across that problem making the cartridge more seceptable to dust but still able to be inserted and play. I have only used them on the sega cartridges so far and the taller (masters) cartridges had a perfect fit but the smaller (genesis) cartridges were the ones that wouldn't close all the way

So far so good
Bought these to replace an earlier set I had with very flimsy connectors. So far I've used about half a dozen of them on PCBs without any issues.

Works as Intended
Its a small electrical component. It functions exactly as I need it to and it fit the quality level I was working toward on the projects.

The mounting tabs could be a little longer.
I got these for a moisture tester project. I built a dozen or so & these worked great in a self-contained project. I'm not sure how they would work if I had to solder them to a PCB board. They worked for what I needed & I've got LOTS left over.

Too tall for SNES/Genesis carts but works with modification
I bought these in hopes of soldering them into old video game cartridges to make it easier to swap batteries. Sadly, they don’t fit inside SNES and Sega Genesis carts, they’re a little too tall for the board to fit flush inside the plastic case.Since this pack came with 50, I decided to try and modify one to see if I could make it work. I tried using a pair of wire cutters, while it worked to cut the plastic just fine, the metal clip for the positive side of the battery was too strong for the cutters to trim. I almost gave up but While looking through my tool box I found a multi tool that had a file on it, so I started filing the end piece and it actually filed the metal clips too, so I was able to get it low enough that it would fit inside with the case closed. One other modification I decided to do was to cut the plastic along the sides of the battery holder then file it down so it was smooth because without doing so, getting the battery out is a bit of a pain, this just made it much easier. If you’re gonna use these for the same purpose, I do recommend them if you don’t mind doing a little work to modify it first. If not, don’t get these.
