This is a gift for my daughter at Christmas. It looks good but did not have a box around the styrofoam container and part of the styrofoam was gone. The figurine was in perfect shape

Very disappointed in product. Coloring was not as pictured. Skin tone made girl appear sickly. Figurine was also shipped only in the foam with package tape, no box.

Item did not arrive in box, only styrofoam. NOT a porcelein piece, made of plastic. Cute, but very disappointed in not being clear in description of item.
