can you spray this over makeup?

I have never tried to use it over makeup, but I’m thinking it could possibly work as a makeup setting spray. I use it as the first thing after I wash my face, and I really like it. Nice hydration!

Anyone know the percentage of Centella Asiatica in this toner?

Hello, I am not seeing any percentage on the package or on the Amazon ad. It is toward the bottom of the ingredients list so probably not a high percentage ingredient. Ingredients : Water, Propanediol, Pentylene Glycol, Glycerin, Hydroxyacetophenone, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Sodium Citrate, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Disodium Edta, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Octyldodeceth-16, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Centella Asiatica Extract, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ceramide Np, Tocopherol
