pH Test Strips 100ct by Alterion - Fast & Simple pH Strips for Urine and Saliva - Quick and Accurate Results in 15 Seconds

Tap water, PH 9.5+ water ( from Trader Joes ) and Urine - all how around same PH colors. I used this years ago and it worked very well. I will not use this ever again.

Very pleased with the service and more so with the strips that I am handing to all my friends in order to see what there pH level is. Mine was extremely acidic which accounts for my lethargy and some muscle aches. Amazon suggested I order the book about Acid alkali diets that I strongly recommend people to buy as it clearly explains about alkaline foods with a very useful guide of food and drinks that are either alkaline or acid. As a result of receiving the strips and book i am now actively changing my diet. ANYONE WHO IS SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN BEING HEALTHY SHOULD GET THESE STRIPS. I have just opened a Healing and Wellness Information Center , in Sosua, Dominican Republic and gathering information about all the healing plants and therapists. I will be recommending to everyone to get these strips and the book as a starting point for better health

I received my pH Test Strips in a timely fashion and was excited to test them out. The company would literally get a 5 star but the product I gave a 4 star because of the quality of the strips. When I would put them in water it would read my water pH at 8.35 - 9 in the cup. But when I took it out of the color went away. After several tries I noticed that the color was actually coming off of the strips when I took them out of the water. However, after some maneuvering I was able to get an ok reading but it still looks a little sketchy. I think the trips need to be made with better quality.

My 2nd review - 1st review rejected by Amazon because it included actions taken by seller (I think).First box that I received was giving me 2 separate colors that do not match (see picture). Unsure of how to read the results, left a question here on Amazon. Was contacted by seller and after showing her the picture attached, she said product might be contaminated / defective. Replacement box - city water tested at 7.0 and kitchen white vinegar tested off the chart (literally; color comparison range on the box is just 4.5 - 10.0) acidic. Also tested another source of water and it was 6.5. Color matches the comparison range on the product box.

Convenient little strips in a handy container. I gave it 4 stars because it’s difficult to read the color tabs once the acidity level reaches below 4.5 to 6 level. I thought 100 strips would be a lot but apparently it takes a long time to change the acidity of ones urine.

I needed to start somewhere in finding out about my water , drinking water in particular. PH is the first area of calculating the viability of any water you will be consuming. I use these and have had wonderful results in calculating this very important aspect of any substance we encounter. Learn a general comprehension of this scale for a healthy lifestyle and you will benefit greatly. knowledge is a tool of survival for modern mankind. Even if it is just a weee little bit. Feeling healthy is a gift you give to yourself and all others around you.

If I had more time, I'd take a picture of the real colors vs the colors shown on the box, hopefully someone else has posted pics here though. It was a little frustrating at first but once you figure out the actual colors, you're good to go

The product was what I expected with one exception. In order to take the saliva test, you have to put the test strip in your spit. (I was thinking you could just put it in your mouth.) I absolutely HATE spit, so it grosses me out a bit. But this was just my misunderstanding!
