I’ve been using this specific product,NAD3. Foundation of youth for well over 6 months. I’m writing this review as I make my next purchase because I truly do love it and have seen the benefits from using it more than a few months. I’m 45 going through menopause unfortunately but as a result of that, I lost all my energy and motivation. Many things happened because it changes the body so much. I even had blood work done to make sure it wasn’t anything serious affecting me in such a way to lack energy etc. Nothing was wrong so I decided to try a few things. Lions mane being one which I do recommend if you drink hot tea or coffee in the morning because that will help as well with memory etc.but I also started taking these NAD3 capsules and it became a part of my morning routine taking them with water as soon as I woke up and let me tell you, everything changed as far as my energy levels, not having brain fog anymore, my sharpness and being able to focus, changes in my skin as well. I feel like it’s definitely helping me stay youthful looking. Lol I already look younger for my age but I truly feel like these will help me stay this way. I do see and feel a HUGE difference and improvement in how I feel. These have done wonders for me and if your a woman in perimenopause etc. I really recommend these to helping you feel better and like yourself again. I do also take vitamin D3 once a week prescribed from my doctor. I take 2 of these as soon as I wake up and start my routine. I can’t express enough how AMAZING this product is!!! Very easy to take as well. Attached is a photo of what I take because I know some of the reviews can get mixed up with other products and I think this definitely deserves to be bragged about !! I’m not sponsored, I just genuinely LOVE this product and want to share with others, especially Women, how much it has helped me and that it is a LEGIT brand with no crazy side effects. Also I will say I did try the green bottle brand that was viral all over Tik Tok, I have that one too I can attach but that one gave me headaches and I was literally so tired and had weird mood swings when I took it. So I have never tried anything else after the Fountain Of Youth NAD3 because it has been so beneficial and amazing with no bad side effects at all! I’ve tried many supplements over the years, and this one has genuinely exceeded my expectations. Compared with my personal experience using TruNiagen PRO, TimeLine (1,000+ mg), and creatine, I noticed better and more sustained energy, less post-workout inflammation, and faster recovery. Surprisingly, it also seemed to improve my seasonal allergies. While everyone’s experience may be different, this has become my favorite supplement so far.

Actually need to try these again. I feel they worked but I had a lot of different supplements going on at the time so I need to re-asses Thus only four stars. will re-post when I re-try.

I am 55 and in menopouse, it helps to boost my energy levels.The capsules are easy to take. also like that it’s made with ingredients aimed at overall cellular health, not just a quick energy boost.Of course, results can vary from person to person, but so far it’s been a positive experience for me.Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a more natural way to support your energy and general wellness. 👍

I did not get the same result with the new product, am still getting the good results with Niagen.Original review:I was going to wait to review this as my main reason for buying it is to improve recovery time, from exercise and injuries, as that is the major "symptom" I've experienced with aging.. But after 4 days, what I have noticed is MENTAL CLARITY. It is like having better vision, except I do not believe my vision has changed. Everything seems clearer in some way, and I have a slight uptick in energy, not much and not at all like caffeine or stimulants, just a gentle increase in attention and awake feeling. I am thrilled already with this supplement and, unless some unpleasant side effects emerge, plan to keep taking it indefinitely, particularly if it does help with recovery time.I tried two pills the first two days, three the next, decided two felt better so will continue with that dose for now.Edit - I did go back to three pills after a week. The overall feeling of clarity and health has remained steady. I am very impressed with this product.Second Edit, four months in - clear thinking continues - I did a one week "washout" at 3 months and yep I don't think I'll be doing that again, can tell a difference when taking this. After 1 month of use (2 pills everyday) doesn't really felt a noticeable change or feeling. Don't know if it worked or not.

Let me start by saying that I do not write reviews that often, but I felt compelled after using this product for more than 4 weeks. A little bit about my demographic. I am almost 30 years old, I did six years active duty in the marines and also competed in mixed martial arts, as well as competed in cross country at the college level. To put it simply, at nearly 30 years old, my body was feeling a little worn out, and at times I felt my short term memory and overall energy groggy at best. I was a staunch coffee/caffeine drinker to boot. Now that I have explained my reasoning and why this product seemed to be a good fit for someone like myself, I will say that this product works tremendously. I will also add that it took roughly 4 weeks to see a noticeable worthwhile change. Around 2 weeks or so into taking the product, my memory felt sharper and my overall energy began to rise. At the approximate 4 week mark, I felt healthier, sharper, and had lasting energy that went into the evening hours. To add, now that I am at the 6 week mark, I know I will continue to use this product going forward. This product is as advertised as long as you give it the time to work. I really hope this product represents the start of a new turn in the health industry that helps people of all ages live a better, happier, and healthier lifestyle. One side note to mention: I had vivid dreams for the first 2-3 weeks of taking this product. My dreams have seemed to normalize now, to a degree, but there was a huge noticeable difference in my sleeping patterns after the first few days. I would say that I felt more rested when I woke up the next morning for sure, but my deams in the REM state were extremely vivid.
