The soup is great! Has a good flavor, low calorie, low sodium. Nice as a snack or use it for flavoring in recipes. My only complaint was no directions but I just microwaved 6oz. Water till hot and added soup mix. All worked out!

This was absolutely disgusting. Flamingly spicy and no hint of pumpkin flavor. Not able to return because it is food.

Impulse buy. Got the pumpkin soup because it sounded good. I used a 13oz thermos and boiling water line from an industrial coffee machine. The steeping time was around 10 minutes. Broth was a bit grainy, maybe would have been smoother if I had let it steep in the thermos a bit longer. What killed the product for me though was the large amount of cracked black pepper that was in it. I admit that I am a weirdo that loves wasabi and the chilies used in Thai food but strongly dislikes any other hot spice including black pepper. This little packet had a lot of black pepper in each swallow I took. So, do you like spices? Great! Try out this product, but let it marinade with the hot water for a bit and give it a good shake, or stir, to smooth out the grit and you might love this stuff.

This dried soup comes in a very small package that contains about a tablespoon of product; it does not taste anything close to pumpkin. when it is mixed with boiling water you have to constantly stir it otherwise all the ingredients separate. even after letting it sit you would think it would thicken up. It doesn't but you have a glob of wet product at the bottom of your cup and watery flavored water filling the rest of it. for the price and brand you would think you were getting a good product . Very disappointed.

Nit impressed with the taste at all tried less water still not good.

I have not tried it yet buy excited to try it.

I really wanted to like these. I was hopeful they would be good for backpacking with Celiacs. The portion is extremely small for that purpose though and they were not to my liking on taste by any means.
