This jacket is light weight, not too noisy, and keeps me dry.Fit:The jacket fits nicely. Depending on the shirt, I wear small or medium and I need the medium in this jacket. The small fit according to the measurements, but the waste area of the jacket was too tight so I needed medium.The hood has a harder time covering my poofy hair, but when I wrap the velcro, the hood is fine and has adjustable tightness.Rain:(So far it has kept me 100% dry)The jacket keeps me dry when walking 5-10 minutes between classes in light to moderate rain. The jacket kept me dry for a 5 minute walk to class in a heavier rain (raining hard enough to have to walk through puddles.)Long-term rain is untested, but this is good enough for walking to work/college.Construction Quality:Adverage amount of loose threads.Single stitching.Velcro is quality is decent.Comfort facts:Low thermal insulation (layers need for cold)Gets hot on a sunny day.Lightweight / easy carryStyle:The jacket (all white) is very stylish for a rain jacket and the black of the front zipper is covered by white when zipped.The jacket is pretty quite all things considered.

I bought this rain jacket for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! It fits true to size, keeps him perfectly dry, and looks fashionable. The price was amazing, too!

Pretty good jacket for the price. It may last just 1-2 years with heavy use. But at $40, AOK. Pros: Airy, good ventilation. A Large size was large, comfortably loose for layers and this 15&1/2 shirt size guy at 180lbs. Cons: Maybe the zipper or cuff cinches may wear out in a year. I wouldn't use it in America's Cup or Artic explorations, but fine for tropical kayaking.

I live near famously rainy Seattle and have a dog who needs to be walked, no matter the weather. So, I'm out in it quite a bit. The last few coats I've tried leaked at the shoulder seams in a heavy rain. This one has kept me perfectly dry, even in "sideways rain."I've had this about six months and have had no issues, at all, with seams coming undone or zippers jamming, etc. Very good quality.

Absolutely perfect in the rain and fit is excellent. I bought both my wife and I these rain coats and they are the best rain coat I have every had.

I like this so much I should have kept it for myself. It's quality material well made and looks great on.

The elastic around base broke on first wear. Construction is fairly rough with hard plastic velcro for wrist seals - but it does the job. A little expensive for its design, so maybe spend a little more.
