These help protect my nose from becoming too chapped. They are expensive so I try not to use them every night. Just on nights where I know my nose needs to heal. They are super easy to apply and do a good job for what I need them to do. I have the Airsense11 with the Pfit10 nose piece.

These work perfectly with my Reacthealth Rio II nasal pillow mask. It has reduced leaks & thankfully irritation & sores inside my nose caused from nasal pillow movement as I thrash around in the bed all night which loosens my CPAP headgear.

I was very disappointed in these Cpap pillow covers. I could not get them to stay on my pillows, long enough to put them on. I feel as though I wasted my money. Did not use them even once.

I have been using these for months after my sleep med doctor recommended them. I was discouraged about using my CPAP because my nose was irratated. I would give them a five star rating except that I think the price is ridiculously high. Some other reviewers have said they are difficult to place on the nasal pillows or that they do not help. I have found them very easy to fit onto the nasal pillows and extremely comfortable and comforting. I truly love them. I only wish the price was greatly reduced or that a competitive product was available. I would not recommend using them for more than one night - they need to be clean! I have washed mine and use straight pins to pin the edges down on top of a soft, clean pad. That is a lot of trouble, but it works. I tried cutting my own out of old t-shirts, and I do not know how to get a good, clean cut on stretchy material. So, almost five stars!

It's exactly what I needed. My nasal pillows kept creeping up into my nostrils. Which would cause my stomach to be brick hard and bloated. Due to swallowing a ton of air. Last night was the first time I used this. The nasal pillows no longer creep up inside my nostrils. Plus I wake up with a lot less air in my stomach.

What I like about the product is that it's very soft and it really does prevent the soreness around my nose and I'm very happy with that. Now for what I don't like, the large holes are easy to put over the nasal pillows however the small holes will not stay in place no matter how much I stretch them and they're a real pain to get on and then I have to spend quite a bit of time adjusting them so they don't block air flow to the mask. So that part almost is a block for me buying this again. Instead of putting on my mask and 30 seconds and getting it on it took me at least 10 minutes or longer to get these protectors on the mask and just get my mask on and keep it in place. And the packaging is kind of annoying, no reason for them to make it that freaking complicated. I am undecided about whether I will buy them again because of the difficulty of getting them in place in the last step and then keeping it in place when I put my mask on.

These really do work. My nose feels and looks so much better. They are expensive and a bit difficult to get just right but they are worth it. This is only my second night using them. I reused it and it worked fine. Going to see how many times I can reuse it, they are expensive. I will update this post later.

Did not work for me I still had issues with the silicone because getting the liner placed just right is very difficult. The few times I got it correct we’re far and few in between
