Since I cannot go to the gym I wanted to keep my workouts going. I ordered the over the door tubes and the extra hand grips, They are comfortable and get the job done.

These are "good" quality handles for use with exercise equipment. The grips have enough padding to protect your hands, and enough grip so that you can maintain a good grip. They are very good for physical therapy, but I am concerned about durability. The straps are thin, the metal D rings are not robust looking. I have been using them for several weeks and they seem to be holding up OK. It would be more "reassuring" for them to have more robust straps and D rings. For light physical therapy I would say they are just fine, but I would be reluctant to put them under a heavy load.

I saw some reviews that said they weren't sturdy enough and was a little concerned. But, perhaps because I'm not super heavy and I don't put a lot of weight on them, they are doing fine so far. I cut the fabric part off and looped my own 15 foot straps through them to make my own suspension trainer. Been OK so far but like I said, I'm weak so I can't use much bodyweight resistance yet anyway.

Small looks cheap was cheap but works. You might have a rubbing issue if you have large hands.

We added a pair of these to our kayaks and they stand up to wind, rain, saltwater, sand, sun, riding on the roof rack. What more could you want?

Great pickup. I always hated having to change handles when transitioning to a different exercise. With these I am able to incorporate a circuit into my resistance band workout.

I like the comfort of these handles but the clamp on handle strap hasn't held up the weight and is starting to spread. They likely won't last long.
