Brilliant. Wanted something to illuminate a Japanese sushi paper lantern (bought from Amazon) outside but wished to avoid the hassle of using electric lights. These are absolutely perfect and give off a great light. Just ordered some more!

I have had these for one month and enjoyed them everyday. They fit in the torch lamps, recessed lighting, outdoor light, and bathroom vanity. We have not had any blackouts yet, but I feel better knowing that we have purchased this product. I will buy this product again in the future!All four bulbs burned out in less than three months. There is no way to contact customer service. If you can buy the two year warranty, it may be worth trying.Sometimes the tab on the inside of the light socket needs to be turned out a 1/4". First turn off the circuit breaker, then the light switch. Remove the bulb after allowing it to cool. Using a screwdriver, pry the tab meant for the bottom contact up a 1/4 inch. Reinsert the light bulb, then turn on the breaker. Then turn on the light switch. It should work like brand new. Does not work for all fixtures with this bulb.

Great camping lights for the price, I used one to light up a whole eight-man tent at a festival, keeping the second as a spare. If I ever need more, I'll be re-buying these.
