I absolutely love this product!! I love the idea the concept and what it can do, However, what really suxxx is the battery life. when you use the Heat/Cold functions the life of the battery lasts only lasts 3 cycles before you have to recharge it for a couple of hours. Other than that, the shape of the head fits perfectly around your eyes and fits the curvature of you face. And what it can do is such a great idea!!

Charged it up out of the box and the battery life seems good so far.The heat setting is what I have used the most. It goes well with my moisturizing routine. The massage setting is mild, which I prefer. More of a gentle tooth brush like pulse, than a massage gun vibration.Goes well with my night facial routine. Easy to wipe down and store for travel.

I want to like this bc the cold and heat do feel good but when using the main head of it there is basically no vibration. The Silicone massage part on back vibrates but I don’t like that part of it at all. I need the massage / vibration to actually be felt. Likely returning it.

This item was amazing. However after 3 charges it just stopped charging. I expected it to last longer.

I tried replacing the battery and ensuring it was fully charged. Pay attention to previous reviews. I read through a few but figured at least it does the heat… nope. Not worth the money.

I've tried about 6 other products that said they get cold, but none did. I even bought this and returned it because it wasn't getting cold. But the reviews were good and the biggest complaint in them was the vibration (which I'm not interested in), so I rolled the dice on the idea that I just got a dud last time and reordered it. I'm glad I did! The cold function is great.
