Great support pillow, I use it between my knees to sleep. Excellent support and holds up well. I cant sleep without this thing!

One thing I really like about the Xtreme Comforts pillow is that it has ends which are not bulky or too big. In addition, this pillow is a good firmness for me--it does not squish down too much and is not too stiff. It keeps my hips comfortably aligned.

I keep this in between my knees when laying on my side and it really helps with my backache when trying to sleep.

Great product BUT not for my short legs. Good to prop ankle for injuries

I used to put a regular pillow between my legs while sleeping but turning always caused the pillow to get stuck and I'd wake up to fix it. This one fits nicely and doesn't get stuck. I don't sleep without it anymore.

It is not very comfortable.
