Definitely a good quality but expensive
There are alternatives for this product available which are of same quality and the price is comparatively less. Having said that, this is really durable and I use it on stove to heat directly and faced no issues till date.

Defective piece- broke in 3 days
Very poor quality. Broke in 2 days. Bought because of the positive reviews. Please don’t buy based on reviews.

Top class product.
It's a top class tea pot. Classy and functional. Obviates the need for a traditional tea cosy. Very happy with the purchase. However, I would have preferred a cup wise and ml wise level marker at least on one side. Else it is perfect and a connoisseur's delight.

I have not yet used the item. It looks great. No issue till delivery of the item. After using a couple of times proper review could be possible.

Great product! Great packaging and the included accessories for cleaning and the cover - shows the thought behind the quality as well as storage consideration. It’s a great looking and robust quality product! Most useful for herbal teas and filter coffee, as well as good serving to guest for other beverages! Highly recommended!

Thin glass structure
For the price charged , the glass is thin , I am scared to use the piece itself . The kettle looks and feels so fragile , I think the - snout or handle will break or give way - during normal handling itself .
