A wonderful large french press. I purchased it for its utility outdoors and camping, without worrying about glass parts. This french press produces a very nice froth when pressed, which was very impressive to me.

We used it almost daily, since the 6 cups glass french presses we've had in the past have breaked, so it is a good investment. I intented to bring this while traveling for work because it is durable, and high quality, but it has been left at home due to it's practicality and my wife wants to use it every day. The metal you see is not thermally insulated, so it doesn't retains heat. The rest of the components are of good quality plastic and our coffee brews have not experienced any bad taste ever. Always nice coffee every time, and easy to use.
