Well, they do okay; but there are better options available. Both NorthShore Care and Dry 24/7 produce a more absorbent product, but these worked well-enough to consider if the other brands weren't available. I have enuresis, and the diaper I use at night is often pushed to the limit; I expect to saturate the pad maybe once or twice a month, at most, if I'm not careful with fluid intake before bed. However, these leaked every third or fourth night. When I weighed the diaper in the morning, my fluid output was not significantly different than my average.In a pinch, if other brands were not available, I would buy these; but at about $3 per diaper, versus $1.50 to $2.00 per diaper for NorthShore Supremes or Confi Dry, there is no value for decreased capacity and higher cost. Skip these and buy far better quality for less...

These are amazing for any younger, active person with incontinence.I suffer from severe urinary incontinence and minor bowel incontinence, but I still have to go to work as well as I live an active lifestyle. With most diapers I have to change several times a work day, which is rather annoying since a diaper change takes more time than a regular bathroom break. These however will last me a whole 8 hour work day and then some! They are also fairly discreet; they don't make a noticeable amount of noise, they don't swell up a ridiculous amount, and they block odors completely. I've only had one bowel incident in these and they handled it amazingly.However, I do recommend you get a fixation garment with these. Since they absorb so much, near the end of a shift I noticed a little bit of sagging. While it wasn't noticeable to anyone else, it felt rather weird and uncomfortable. Abena makes a fantastic bodystocking which I highly recommend for it's discreetness.

Another one of my favorite diapers. In my opinion they're a lot like the confi dry 24/7's. Very thick and super absorbent.UPDATE 3/18/19: It appears to me that they made these diapers a little bit thicker than before and they made the tapes stronger..makes me happy because I think now this will be my #1 go to diaper. It also appears that they are a lot softer. Feels like I'm sitting on a cloud. 💕

I found these briefs to be a great help with my bladder incontinence and were very comfy. The absorbancy was great for long trips or overnight and they didn't smell bad after use like some other brands. The only problem is that the Large size is a bit too large for my body and the Medium size is unavailable. I would certainly buy a few cases if the seller would make the Mediums available for purchase.

I have tried over 12 different diaper companies and multiple product lines before I found these diapers. First off price is comparable to others in this capacity range. The tapes are strong which is really good thing to have. All around great diaper.

Great absorbency for this product. It would have gotten five stars. But sizing seems to run a bit smaller then listed. Great product. But if you are in the upper measurement in the waist I would suggest going to next size. Within 2"-4" of the maximum waist size doesn't allow the tapes to align properly to the landing zone.

I like this diaper for both day use and night time use. At night just to be safe, I wear plastic panties over the diaper, but probably could get by without the plastic panties.

I just got these for the first time to try at night and I love them with most diapers I would have to change in the middle of night but with these diapers I can sleep thought the night with no changing
