Had a very small amount of product in the bottle around 10 drops Not sure what happened but not even enough to make a difference to my hair Wasted my money

The results are always horrible and inconsistent! I’ve tried several times to love this but it is horrible. You will have patchy color. I’ve literally applied by brush, by hand and same results. I’ve tried 4 drops, 5 drops, 6 drops all the same thing. The 1st time I assumed I used too much bc it turned my ends dark purple and the rest was splotchy silver lilac. So I ended up having to bleach bath to remove it. This last time after a fresh bleach touch up I put 5 drops in the full bowl and mixed really good and applied with brush and made sure all my hair was coated. Before the 10 minutes I already realized my hair turned lilac. Ok not what was I was going for but I can do full on lilac. NO! I rinsed it out and it was huge patches that didn’t have any lilac, and huge patches that were lilac. So I mixed up another batch, same 5 drops as before and applied it and yet it still didn’t take. Literally just bleached my hair to a level 9! Ended up having to do a bleach bath to remove. Just stick with a regular toner like wella color charm bc this ain’t it. I wanted to love this so bad because it’s much healthier but it doesn’t work. What I noticed is the conditioner turns white the more manipulated which leads me to believe the color separates from the conditioner thus leading to patchy staining. I’m going back to my beloved t18.

I have a bleached section of hair on front of my head . I have my hair professionally cut / styled & bleached on a monthly bases . For fun I thought I would try this toner as my hairdresser also puts a toner in every once & awhile . Definitely not the same results . It’s easy to apply , as I used rubber gloves & a paint brush . It seems that if you do not get it in quick , the first sections of hair end up darker than others . 1-2 washes it’s almost gone . Please note . I use expensive shampoo & conditioner for coloured hair , soooo can’t blame it on that ladies .

I opened this product and the silicone bowl had dirt in it, I washed it out and then pulled the bottle of drops out to find a hair on it…. Then after cleaning the outside of the bottle I open it to find it’s empty. Very disappointed that I spent money on a clearly used and dirty product.

No way you’re gonna get an even all over tone the first time.. it’s spotted and horrendous ! It’s gonna take A LOT OF WORK TO GET HAIR EVEN! I even worked in small sections.. wouldn’t be my first choice - might not attempt to try round 2 with this. This color is the Lilac my hair was platinum
