Reduced Functionality of latest version
I have bought this product 2 years ago as well (In 2022) and the earlier one had a few extra features like a switch log on the app, light mode and child lock - all three of which are missing from the newer version bought in September 2024. Disappointing.

Received Bug product
I have received completely damage product not while transmitted. It is completely seller responsibility to do a QA checking before sending to customers. Due to this type of business the seller will loose his trustworthy.

Reliable for Heavy Water Pump – Still Working After 5.5 Months of Daily Use
I bought this smart switch from amazon.sa and installed it back home in Pakistan in July 2025 to operate a heavy water pump motor. The pump pushes water all the way up to the 3rd floor, so this is not a light-duty application. I’ve used other smart switches before (including Finery), and honestly, they stopped working after some time. This one, however, is still going strong. We use it daily, and I’m writing this review after almost 5.5 months of continuous use. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but so far it has proven to be reliable, which matters more when you’re dealing with a heavy motor. The switch feels rugged, the build quality is solid, and installation was straightforward. The only downside for me is that when using it with the Smart Life app, there’s no power consumption monitoring feature. Some cheaper brands actually offer this, so it’s a bit disappointing at this price point. Other than that, it has performed exactly as expected. Expensive, yes—but reliable and well-built, at least up to now.
