24/7 Switcher Truck
This is on our companys switcher truck which is working 24 hours a day, forever. It's been six months and the thing still works, is still tight. I was put off by the cheap light feel of the plastic but it's just for taking up space. The parts that matter are durable. Someone tourqued the heck out of it though which is disappointing and now it squeaks and doesn't turn quite as easily but still functions fine. Installation was easy. I had to use scissors to cut one of the strips to get it to fit properly.

Simple but effective
I decided to put this on my boat so I can maneuver it more easily at the ramp. I don't know if I would put this on a vehicle and I don't know if I would put this on anything that you would have to apply a lot of force to. The only time I use this is at the boat ramp when I'm not moving very fast but I need to be able to maneuver my boat quickly. I have had it on my boat for over a year and so far it's held up well.

Silver arthritis pain while driving
If you have shoulder or wrist issues you will love this. I have mine at 10oclock and it works great for me. Attached easily and stays put.

It's good, for the price.
The day I pulled it out of the box, it felt like the knob was just a little loose. I mean it doesn't have bearings in it, or anything like that. And I've been running it for a few months now. So maybe I should have gave it four stars I don't know... It's the first one I've ever bought. Most of the trucks I drive already have them.
