Century Matchless 2-Burner High Output Propane Stove

First stove I received was dented. It came inside another box, and the outer box was not damaged. The stove box, however, was badly damaged, the stove was dented and one latch was broken. Since the outer box was not damaged, it must have been shipped from Amazon like this. The return/replacement process was the best I've ever experienced. Amazon immediately emailed a return shipping label (no cost to me), and shipped out a replacement same day, without waiting to receive the defective stove. The replacement stove is top notch. Most btu's/burner. Positive latches hold the top closed when not in use. When searching for a camp stove like this, these are two important considerations. If you've ever waited seemingly forever for water to boil, or coffee to brew on a 9k btu burner, you know what I mean. Or, if you've ever had a stove fall open because the friction closure mechanisms failed, you'll also know what I mean. This stove is top notch. Don't hesitate to buy from Amazon. They had the best price I could find buy a long shot. Their customer service for replacements is outstanding. 1 star knocked off because first stove was broken.

This stove is just what I was looking for. It delivers an incredible amount of BTU output in fairly compact design. Also, I was very impressed with the low flame adjustability on the controls. My older 12k Btu stove was not cutting it at high alttitude cold camping. Also, when you need to boil water fast...this the way to go. Really gets you in the field fast.
