It didn't work. Wouldn't pull the documents through to scan. Opened it up to find there were no pickup rollers installed. I bought these and installed myself and it works great. This product does what's it supposed to do. But stay away from TPO, horrible company. Faulty products and crappy customer service. Review: Easy fix so great for saving money - These replacement wheels are easy to install. It fixesed the issue and we are still using our machines
