Is this offered for 30lb tanks?

This is now available in the larger size for 30lb tanks.

My tanks say 15 lb net weight, but they are the dimensions of a 20 lb tank (12 in diameter and 18 in tall). I am confused! Will this fit?

20# tanks are usually only filled to 15# for the exchange ones (cheaper, or extra safety margin???) I try to have good tanks filled at my local store with the full 20# for about $20

Can the hand crank still move freely?

This fits snuggly over your propane tanks. I'm not sure what your clearance is, but so long as you have a 1/2" of clearance I would think you would be fine.

Can we purchase just the replacement covers if we lose one?

They would need to contact the manufacturer. I have not seen them for sale.
