Much better than expected.
I was concerned that even at this price it would be a poor quality product as can so often be the case when buying from random brand shop on Amazon. My only gripe was the slightly outdated build instructions but the chair itself seems to be of good build quality, sturdy materials and comfortable. Very happy with my purchase after using it for a day.Hopefully I’ll still think the same in 6 months 🙂

Overall a great ergonomic budget chair.
For the price this chair is it is amazing. I love the customization lumbar support and overall customization. You are able to make the chair fit all of your needs. For me it seems like the chair was build for larger people as the lowest point of the armrests is pretty high and they can go really high up. If you are short i'd personally say anything under 5 foot 7 avoid this chair as it might be too large for you and if your on the larger side this chair should fit your perfectly. The chair was very easy to assemble but some parts do feel a little lose that were pre made but its still sturdy enough not to break. Most of the parts that do feel loose are just the tools attached to the chair that adjust all of the supports. Its understandable for this price point but i feel like it wouldn't be hard to fix and its mostly the smaller things that are slightly lose but its still a really good chair. For example for me the button to move the seat forward and backwards is very lose but its not going anywhere.Things i dislike. The arm rests. They are comfortable but the way you adjust they height on them is very annoying. Its fine if you want to raise it but if you would to lower it you have to raise it to the highest point and then in drops down fully and then you have to raise again to your desired height. I wish they used a similar feature most other chairs have where its a button you click and you are free to move it up and downAlso when i have the tilt locked in the normal sitting position it works but my backseat still goes back a little bit if i push my back against it and there a small clack sound. every time i lean back too much when locked in to the normal sitting position

Good chair but proabably not suited for me.
Just to preface; I'm switching from my old GT-Omega that I've had since the begining of 2018 which is quite literally falling apart and leaning to one side thanks to the welding slowly breaking and the Pleather seating slowly falling to shreds. With Prime Day recently I saw my chance at getting a new chair which I knew I'd soon be critically in need of and settled upon this one, which after a few days of use seems like I may have made the wrong choice.I don't WFH but I spend a majority of my free time at my computer including web browsing, watching content and playing games.I'm also quite short at 5'2 so I'm definatly below the average height of a lot of people who seem to love this chair.Starting with the armrests, even at their lowest I find them way too high. On my old chair I'll normally rest my arms on them while typing but with typing but at best with this chair it's uncomfortable. Mostly though it's exacerbating pain from a muscle I pulled at work recentlyOtherwise it mostly has pretty great adjustability but I feel like at the price point it sells at it should at least have sideways adjustment as well.By far my biggest issue and the main dealbreaker for me is the backrest. The curve feels way too stiff and even at it's lowest height creates uncomfortable pressure on my waist, when reclined this became unbearable after a while. As for a few of the positives.Assembly was super easy, in all it took me about 25 mins max including unpacking everything which thanks to the massive heavy box I had to do downstairs and carry everything upstairs piece by piece to assemble at my desk. Everything went together with only 3 screws needed to secure the seat to the backrest, plus the knobs for securing the armrests. The headrest is great it curved quite well and I could adjust to tot suit my head perfectly regardless of what position I was in, when reclined back watching a movie I could adjust the backrest to keep my head tilted upright instead of having to crane my neck with my older chair. The mesh is definatly an upgrade compared to the Pleather I'm used to it's a little too itchy to sit on with shorts but with my office always sticking to 25+ degrees after having a computer on for a few hours I've found it a lot cooler to sit on than my old chair has been.I'm constantly readjusting hoping to find the magic sweet spot that'll fix my problems so I'll give it a least another day or two but ultimatly it looks like I might be asking for a return.

Great product and customer service from SIHOO
Didn’t expect much in the beginning for this price but it turned out to be good. I like the adjustable ergonomic thing, pretty sturdy and cool headrest. It just gets slightly warm after seating for long hours but I will get used to it.Customer service is brilliant as I duplicated the order and they are really helpful and eventually sorted it out.

Cheap Junk
Like all the reviews say, it arrives in a huge box (which you will need to dispose of somehow!) and is fairly easy to put together. It's comfortable and does provide ergonomic support. As for the build quality; mine has lasted 2 months of fairly light use and one of the arms is broken already, it simply won't stay up and will only revert to its lowest setting. The chair is past the point of return to supplier yet there is no easy way to contact the supplier to ask for spare/replacement parts; for a chair that cost the best part of 500 quid I expect much better!
