Pillow
I have to say the way the Pillow was made was exceptionally good quality and the extra pillow cover was great. however for me personally I found it way too hard and it gave me a neck ache I do prefer a softer pillow however the good news is my little dog loved it and his now using it as his personal overnight sleeping place but I have to confess the quality was exceptional and that I must comment on.

Good quality but hard for me
Pillow has high quality, seller provides additional pillow cover for replacement, which is great and very rare with other seller. Pillow is a bit harder than I expected and Inpersonally didn't feel very comfortable on it, especially in neck and shoulders area. Therefore I returned it, but choosing right pillow highly depends on person, so I would not reduce more stars, considering that pillow's quality is good and I'm sure many people will find it comfortable and suitable for their needs.

Nicht gut fürs Bett, aber toll fürs Sofa
Für uns leider zu hart. Ich kann darauf nicht schlafen und bekomme Kopf- und Nackenschmerzen.Das ist sehr schade, denn die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig. Toll auch, dass ein 2. Bezug dabei ist.Ich habe jetzt einfach 2 Bezüge genäht, die farblich zum Sofa passen und die Kissen als Sofakissen zweckentfremdet. Da sind sie toll!

Anfangs gut, lässt dann nach
Anfangs hat das Produkt erst mal richtig gestunken. Laut Kundenservice kann das mal vorkommen und man sollte es einfach mal auslüften lassen. Nach knapp 3-4 Wochen war der Geruch dann auch weg. Nach dem Kauf war alles super. Das Gefühl vom Kissen und wie man geschlafen hat, war besser als zuvor.Doch jetzt nach einigen Monaten nach meinem Kauf wache ich mit Rückenschmerzen und Nackenschmerzen auf. Wären es nur Rückenschmerzen, hätte ich es nicht auf das Kissen bezogen, doch anhand den Nackenschmerzen, habe ich gemerkt, dass etwas mit dem Kissen oder die Art und Weise wie ich darauf lag nicht passte. Muss also nicht zwangsläufig das Kissen sein, aber letztendlich bringt es mir dann auch nicht viel Besserung (mehr) bei meinen Schmerzen nach dem Aufwachen.
