Excellent for birdwatching
This monocular is perfect for bird watching. Quick and easy to use. Compass and reticle make it easy and useful for calculating distance and direction. Instructions tell user exactly how to use formula to compute esimated distances. Lense covers are perfect for protecting lenses. Very easy to focus when viewing different distances. Had to flick compass to get it unstuck. Has worked continually since.

Buen contraste y buen aumento al observar
Exelente contaste y buen aumento, la brújula funciona execelente,lo malo es que está un poco abajo de campo de visión y se dificulta verle así mismo, en ambiente de poca luz no se distingue

better than expected
clear, easy to focus (a little stiff, but that'll keep it from moving - can still adj with one finger), transmits enough light to use at night (this is not a night vision optic, but is usable on a clear night). the compass is very readable and steady, and can be illuminated for night use with a small pen light... .. 4 stars b/c a couple minor gripes: the provided strap won't fit over my big (XXL gloves) hand, the back lens cap can't be attached to the monocular (I guess it could be with a piece of string, it has a slot), the vertical ranging marks are out of focus regardless of where I set the optical focus ring unless I focus on it and let the target go out of focus (yet the compass and horizontal lines are fine), lastly, the formula for using the ranging marks to determine distance made no sense to me (but easy enough to use one I was familiar with)... all in all, would recommend at the price...
