It's so simple to use. Instructions must be followed - using cold water and stirring with a wooden spoon before using (I am talking about preparing Turkish/Arabic coffee here), measuring everything appropriately. Whenever I used the handle of a wooden spoon to stir, it didn't give good results, so it has to be the proper end of a wooden spoon. I have tried it for 1 cup, 2 cups, 5 cups - whatever - and it comes out really nice. I bought it as I knew I would have guests and would be making 5 cups of coffee - and rather than pay the price of a large rakweh, I thought why not give this machine a try. It really is my new favourite thing.

It worked for a few weeks and then the sensor broke leading to the machine to stop working with led status light when turned on

I love strong coffee and this is perfect for making one large cup of strong coffee. I didn't have Turkish coffee so I'm using coffee ground for a french press and using a tea strainer when pouring. The coffee is delicious and it only takes 3 minutes. For me it only makes enough for one mug but I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so it's ideal

Perfect coffeemaker for folks who want to grind and use their chosen beans.. Also you dont use expensive and eco-unfriendly pods. Tip: use the button for milky drinks rather than Turkish coffee. I suspect that this boils for a shorter time. Don't put the milk in untill youve poured it out though.

Coffee doesn’t taste as nice on this machine. I am so surprised as this brand is reliable. Needs more slow brewing to have this cream texture. Design looks nice though.

Well packaged item looks good quality and I am told it’s simple to use and makes very good coffee. Was purchased as a Xmas gift now used every day by the wife who is now scouring the internet looking for different coffees to try in it .

I was so impressed with this product, made delicious hot kahve, perfection. But sadly after less than two months of use suddenly stopped working, electricity is getting to the machine but nothing happens, tried resetting but still inoperable. Tried to return and replace the item but having followed instructions via Amazon and onto the manufacturers own page, no customer service shown so far. The item said it came with two years warranty but neither KARACA nor Amazon seem interested and thus far I stay a disgruntled customer who doesn’t appear to be valued and I miss my morning kahve.

This is second time we ordered this item and it work for maximum 1 year then get damaged

Coffee is cold, coffee stick to bottle.. Beautiful design and functionality but product doesn't meet expectation unfortunately

The coffee tastes very good, but I didn’t like the material quality of the metal part at the bottom. It feels below Karaca’s usual standards. Thats why 4/5.
