Review: Flexible 100lb leader - Several years now, I've been using Berkley 100lb mono for topshots & leaders on my offshore rigs. Excellent combination of flexibility (low memory), clarity and knot strength. The 100lb and above comes as a loose 110yd coil which is designed to used as a single mono topshot. I manually wrap it onto an old bracelet style spool then peel off a shorter leader section as needed. The 80lb and below line already comes wrapped onto a bacelet spool. Interestingly, the 80lb is a bit stiffer than the 100lb even though the diameter is correctly smaller. I'm guessing there may be a slight formulation change in Berkley's mono when moving into the higher poundages. Regadless, I've caught plenty of tuna, AJs, etc - So, that works for me. Review: Strong/great product - This light has last many fishing season, and the strength is still holding up, I have caught many 30 + pound fish using it , snagged up on logs, had to cut the light to get free, couldn’t break or snap it!

Strong/great product
