Exercises are not too challenging but allow to practice and master the material covered in each lessons.I bought it because it was a required textbook for one my courses at the master level, but it will quite helpful for you as a professional.Rich content adressing different managerial issues.I would recommend you to also do the cases mentionned at the each of each chapter to complete your knowledge.
