does her eye makeup and nail polish wash off? if so, how?

It doesn’t need to wash off , it doesn’t last

Is the doll skin soft like real baby?

No, she is hard plastic. There used to be a line called Baby Alive when my daughter was little (she's 40 now), that had softer skin.

Does baby alive glam eat and poop?

Hi. No, she does not eat or poop Thank you Mama Bear
