Great nailer, was cheaper then renting to finish my basement.
I brought this to finish my basement. I had Rigrid drill and driver already, so to avoid another set of batteries and charger, I brought the nail gun, which works great and don't have to deal with the noise of a compressor to run a pneumatic nail gun. This drives nails great, only issue is the weight. It gets your arms tired nailing above your shoulders for very long.

This product bought on Amazon, does not come with the life time warranty given by Ridgid read below
This product works fine, so far. But I have other Ridgid product that I purchased from Home Depot, and there affiliates, which is not Amazon according to them. When you go online to register the product it says if your not any of the listed affiliates to call and when you do, your not covered. Amazon says on the ad Ridgid store, you open it up and it says Ridgid products, but there red, not Orange, like the gun I received. when you tell the customer service, they don't answer you. so its going back, it was cheaper the gun, not the battery. Amazon has become very disappointing. I will not buy any merchanical stuff again. When I tried to register the product online, it asked me to call if I wasn't one of the listed affiliates. However, when I called, I was told that I'm not covered. Also, the product I received from Amazon's Ridgid store was orange but the website shows all red tools. as if it was not them, but trying to be ridgid and when I reached out to customer service about this, they didn't respond. I am disappointed with Amazon, and I don't plan to buy mechanical items from them again.

Ok for DIY for small jobs but very heavy
Does not work in cold temperatures. Weighs a ton. Holds very few nails. Horrible to remove nail jam since an air compressor is needed. Too big for small spaces. Ok for a DIY or in-a-pinch needs but not something I would reach for for any kind of house framing job. You're better off buying a good compressor and lightweight gun that holds lots of nails which will also work in the cold.

Excellent value for money
I am using the Metabo HPT and Milwaukee charging nailer, and I am quite satisfied with this product. First of all, it's not light, but it definitely feels lighter than Milwaukee, it goes well without getting stuck, and the balance is good. Although the magazine is short, there is no great inconvenience in writing a single line, and since the power is in the grip, you do not have to turn on the power separately. Above all, the sound is quiet. It doesn't hurt your ears even during continuous shooting. However, the design is a bit disappointing.

Reasonably priced and worked flawlessly
I do home repairs and maintenance. I have been doing this type of work for a while now and have been using battery operated finish nailers and been wanting to try the framing nailer but was riding the fence on pricing but ran across this one at amazon and decided to buy it, it was reasonably priced and preformed very well and made my project I was doing good very quickly not having to worry about hoses and power outlets.

Very convenient lots of power
This thing is bad A it sets 16 gauge framing nails like butter .! I wanted to see how deep I could drive one lol about a 3/8 of a inch .!Grease this thing up it will not jam , I hit it with WD 40 before and after . I have not had a problem , a bit heavy but all heavy duty framers are .!
