Would this work for 30 G

I guess it would depend on your firmness. I'm a 36 E and it doesn't hold me up. It gave me a weird crease where it folded the skin at the top of my breast as it "lifted". I wore it one time around the house to see how it would work and never again.

I am a 38L will these work for me?

No! I am a 38D/38DD and these did nothing for me. I just accepted there’s nothing like this that works for busty women.

I'm only a d cup, i didn't realize these were for a dd until after they shipped. will they still work? my outfit has an open back, front is normal.

I think they'll be just fine and honestly it may be better that you got them bigger.

Will these work to give lift with a bathing suit?

This will definitely give you a nice lift. However, the adhesive will not work and lift you once it is wet.
