I’ve been using this Hikari cichlid food for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid choice. My fish go for it right away, which is always a good sign. The pellets float, so it’s easy to see how much they’re actually eating instead of guessing, and it helps cut down on overfeeding. One thing I really like is that it doesn’t make the water all cloudy like some cheaper foods do. My tank stays pretty clean as long as I don’t overdo it. My daughter's fish is a jerk, but he loves this food and it gives him something to peck at besides the other fish in the tank! The previous food we fed him he reluctantly ate, but this food he eats extremely fast and gets mad at his neighbors for even getting close to it. As you can see in the video he doesn't even like the picostomus to get near it and he doesn't even eat it! 🐠🎏
