Great for doenjangguk
Got this for making doenjangguk after having some bomb soup at a friendโs house. Super great that itโs available via Amazon bc neither of us live near Korean grocery stores.

This stuff is delicious. Sometimes you need to use 2 tablets
I love the way these taste. The serpent seafood flavor that add is delicious. Only negative is if you tell making more that 2 or 3 liters you might want to use two tablets. I will be buying this again

Very tasty good for any soup stock, all you have to do is taste water while simmering and manage to your taste. I love it, very good for traveling and easy to cook, whether if you have large family or yourself. It just cook faster. Iโll buy you again.

Not for cold noodle(๋๋ฉด)
I was told it was good for the Korean cold noodle soup base. But no, it was fishy, and nothing like for the cold noodle stock. I still can use it for other soup, but the advertising is very misleading.

A Korean Favourite โ Had to Give It a Try! ๐ฐ๐ท
Being Korean myself and a big fan of cooking Korean dishes, I just had to give it a try! I usually use the liquid version of this type of broth, but I wanted to try the tablet version because itโs much more convenient to take with me when Iโm on holiday. There are quite a few similar products available on Amazon, so I did some research before buying. This brand seems to be quite well known in Korea, which is why I decided to go for it. The price isnโt exactly cheap, so Iโll give it a good try and see whether itโs worth the money. Hopefully, it lives up to the reputation!

If you like to make easy soup and you dont have meat this is the best to stock up in your pantry. good for making gravy too.
