This is a great brush set for cleaning and maintaining your shoes or boots. The bristles are soft but also compacted to have a good brushing quality. Definitely worth buying.

Well-priced kit has everything you need to keep your leather goods in tip top condition. Nice, stiff bristles on the brushes digs out old dirt and grime while the soft cloth helps buff up the nap after massaging in the leather conditioner. The larger brush gives a final buffing over the whole bag and is also good for daily brush outs to help maintain the leather. Handles are a good, solid wood and easy to grasp the brushes. A quality kit which should last a nice long time!

I purchased this brush kit earlier this year and have overall had a fairly good experience. I bought two sets, one for my black shoes and one for my brown shoes, and they both did their job of getting my shoes back to a clear shine, but I do have complaints as it comes to the longevity of the towel that is included with this set. Although it did a fairly good job on the first run through, I found on its second use that I was noticing bits of cloth fiber that were coming off, making me doubt how many washes and uses the cloth will be able to last. Overall though, this is not a huge issue and I have been finding that the horehair brushes have been holding up well and I appreciate the quality of the wood they are made from. Overall, I would likely recommend this for anyone on a budget looking for a shoe cleaning kit, but I do have to admit that after using this kit several times, I will likely be transitioning over to using polish sponge brushes once my shoe polish runs out.

These brushes are a handy addition to my shoe care supplies. They’re sturdy and well-made, with horsehair bristles that are gentle enough for dress shoes but still effective at removing dust and buffing to a shine. The dauber applicators make applying polish easy, and the detail brush is nice, though I’ve found the big brush works perfectly fine on its own. The included microfiber cloth is useful for touch-ups, though any cotton or microfiber cloth would do. I use these on dress shoes, casual leather boots, and Sperry Top-Siders, and they handle them all well. For the price, it’s a great value if you want something simple and reliable.

I have been brushing my shoes daily using this shoe cleaner kit, and it has held up very well. I do not polish my shoes, but I regularly use the smaller brushes for detailing, and they have been excellent for that purpose. The bristles are durable and do not shed much at all. I have not noticed significant hair falling out with regular use. The wooden handles feel solid and well made, and they do not feel like they are drying out or coming apart over time. Overall, this is a high-quality and durable brush set that offers good value for the money. It has easily handled daily use and continues to perform as expected.
