The glasses are made of glass, I don’t think there is any lead on the paint strip design

How thin is the glass?

The glass is sturdy. Not too thin. My 84 yr old father was looking for a traditional Turkish tea glass and loves this set. Fill the glass 3/4 way to enjoy the tea. I will probably order a set for me!
