I had a bad facial that stripped my skin barrier and left my skin feeling very rough. After 3 nights of using this cream, my skin was back to normal. VERY hydrating so I use it once a week now (I have oily skin) but would highly recommend.

I have oily skin (especially around my T-zone) and deal with period breakouts every month. I used to use The Ordinary’s Beta Glucan gel moisturizer, which is super lightweight, but I wanted to give this one a try because the ingredient list caught my eye. Texture-wise, this isn't as weightless as The Ordinary, but it’s definitely not a heavy cream either. It’s a slightly thicker gel consistency (you can see the texture in my photo and video) that needs a few moments to sink in, but it hydrates really well without feeling greasy or clogging my pores. It didn't trigger any new breakouts at all. I kept the rest of my skincare routine the exact same and just swapped in this moisturizer, and honestly, it’s a great replacement. The formula and ingredients for this price point make it totally worth it. My only tiny complaint is the twist-off cap. A flip-top lid would be so much faster to open and close, but it’s a minor thing you get used to. Overall, if you have oily skin and want good barrier repair on a budget, this is a solid pick!

I’m really happy with the Minimalist 0.3% Ceramide Face Moisturizer. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t feel greasy on my oily–combination skin. My skin feels well-hydrated throughout the day, and I’ve noticed improvement in my skin barrier and overall texture. It works well under sunscreen and makeup without pilling. A great daily moisturizer — definitely repurchasing.

I have skin prone to dehydration and is reactive. So I am forever searching for products that have simple ingredients and 'boring' formulas. I don't want trendy; I want effective and simple. Despite not being for 'dry skin' this moisturizer has been keeping my skin hydrated during the day- it never feels tight or uncomfortable.
