This product is great. I have want to have one fir long time. I am so glad I wait and nade this choice. I will say I have not order replacement wax beads yet. We will see if the cost is as I hope. I will keep everyone posted.

Everything was great but the problem I came across is trying to access the warrant it came it. And the wax beads were very difficult to use. When trying the scan the QR for the warrant it was forever on the loading screen so I wasn't able to use it. And the wax beads overall were just very difficult to use.

I bought this and I've used it for my eyebrows but honestly I'm kind of scared to use it for waxing my legs or underarms because I have no idea what temperature it should be on and that info was not in the instructions or on the package of wax. Also I don't know which wax if for which body area. It works fine so far, I just wish better instructions were included.
