Nice and thin, yet sturdy!
I never leave reviews (sorry), but have to leave five stars for these. Unlike all the thick ones out there, these chargers are nice and THIN. they are nevertheless sturdy and look great.

Great value
Ordered these specifically to be able to serve food in hot mini cast iron pans without burning the table. They're very sturdy and did a fantastic job of protecting the table from the heat. I didn't have the need to clean them just yet, but it's apparent that a light rinsing will do the trick. There was a slight "earthy" odor (grassy, maybe?) that dissipated shortly after opening the package and letting them air out for an hour or two.

Practical and look nice
Cold or hot items leave marks on my wood dining table. These placemats do the trick and protect it. They look very nice also.

Nice tight weave
Well made woven placemats! Nice tight weave. No grassy smell. Sturdy and firm and no loose straw pieces. Highly recommend this brand. It was worth paying a little extra for high quality. They look great with any decor.
