Timmy and the Ten Commandments

This book is great! My children greatly enjoyed it. It helped them understand not only the Ten Commandments, but the heart of God and why he gave the Ten Commandments. Though it is a great read for children, it impacted me as much as the kids. It is a book that everyone in the family can enjoy and learn something from it.

Fun, full of energy and life, overall a very good read for kids! You and your family will love this book together, which makes it all the more fun. Do yourself a favor and read this book!

I read this book to my grandsons. They went from being not fully engaged to totally engaged in the story within the first chapter. Being young, they are beginning to understand who God is, and why we would want to honor Him. This book brings an element of reality to the characters (Dad, Timmy, down to little "princess" sister) that lets you laugh and cry while grasping how we all can grow in honoring His commandments. Totally applicable and loving. I am grateful for this tool to help children understand of God's goodness in having a standard of conduct through His commandments. A+ Great work!

My 10 year old daughter recently read this book and loved it. She read the whole thing in about 2 days because she wouldn’t put it down. She has been missing her youth group at church and decided to read this book to do some self study. It’s a great way for kids to dig into what the 10 commandments really mean in a way that relates to them and that they understand. Great book!!

This book is a great introduction to the Ten Commandments for children and a great review for adults. Great to read as a family and engaging for kids to read on their own. We have enjoyed this as a family and will read it many more times. The author's heart for the Lord and love of children is evident.
