Can I use this as a primer and/or as a glowy finish on top of my make up?

It works great as a primer, but I would not suggest putting it on top of your makeup. It’s a thick liquid that’s meant to soak into the skin to help prep it, but I think it would just smear your makeup if you put it on top.
