3 x Rear Back Camera Lens Glass Replacement with Adhesive For Apple iPhone 6 Plus/iPhone 6S Plus

First, it's a good thing that this kit included three adhesive rings, because I wasn't able to release the narrow brown adhesive backing from the front of the ring until my third try. In the end, slipping a razor blade between the backing and the ring, then pulling the backing off with tweezers, was what worked. Then I transferred the adhesive ring onto the phone before placing the glass cover.The glass cover stands out noticeably above the metal rim.The glass cover does not seem to have any anti-reflective coating.The glass cover is probably glass, not sapphire which would be stronger and more transparent.I'd have preferred a kit which had the adhesive ring already applied to the glass cover. With thinner glass so that the edges aren't exposed above the metal rim. And with a sapphire lens protector instead of glass. But this was what was available with Prime shipping, so this is what I got. [shrug]

I broke my camera lens and wanted a cheaper fix than buying a whole new phone. I seen a top review of a buyer saying the focus was off and it was true with my purchase. It comes with 3 lens and the first two lens the focus from up close would not work. It would work from a far and look good but when I would try to focus on something close up it would be blurry. I had to use a tweezers to break the first 2 lenses to try the next. 3rd time was the charm (luckily) the 3rd lens worked perfectly up close and far away. Be cautious of what you’re buying you might need to do more with getting the lens out if the first doesn’t work properly. And you may need to try practicing what side of the lens works better before placing adhesive. But again you get what you pay for.

Overall the lens and the kit that came with it worked well. There were self adhesive rings that stick to the lens and attach it to the lens frame. Camera quality seemed to vary, the first one I installed didn't produce sharp pictures but the second one I installed was pretty sharp. My only complaint it that the lens is larger than the original so it sits on top of the lens frame instead of being recessed like the original was. Surprisingly the supplied adhesive securely held the lens in place, however not being recessed makes the lens more susceptible to breakage. The best thing about this kit is the price and the fact you get three lenses.

Moderately difficult to install, since you have to remove the original bezel, extract the glass from it, and then get the adhesive and glass from this kit in it, and then glue the whole assembly back in. Probably easier to just buy a kit that has glass pre-installed in bezels.This glass also isn't the greatest optically, I have some fringing and flaring apparent (way better than with cracked glass like I had before, though, so mission accomplished?)

I installed the glass but it was never as clear as the original. I replace it, cleaned it, and did all I could but the pictures were never as clear as the original.

These were easy to install, and very cheap.I feel like you get what you pay for with them.The picture looks cloudy and not as clear as the original lens did.Also I broke the first one after a couple weeks of normal use, had to replace that too.I don’t think they are as durable as original iPhone lenses

Super easy to use! I replaced my broken lens 3 days ago now and it’s like nothing ever happened. It took me a total of 10 minutes to remove the broken lens and replace it with this one.

Absolute garbage. This should be illegal to sell something that doesn’t match the description. I’m convinced all the positive reviews are from bots. I’d give zero stars if possible. The lens is too large, adhesive is on par with scotch tape, and my photos are now blurry and I know it’s a matter of time before this lens cover falls off.

I waited till now ordered in December dyi camera fix for my iPhone surprised how easy it was still working great in may! Glad they gave 3 gave me the confidence first one did not go on perfectly second is the one still on can not even tell there was an initial problem five stars!!!
