Has improved my sleep.
I was recommended one of these and after a few people talking about them, I eventually bought one. Overall my quality of sleep has improved, I am dreaming a lot more and I feel less tired during the day. The weighted aspect has kept me warmer in bed too which is a bonus, defo not a gimmick which so many of these sleep aids are these days.
