Good item to have. Material could be little sturdy to take pressure while using it in borders. If more pressure is applied, the sealant sticks to the caulking kit. Need to skilfully use it.

It's plastic, not metal. Shouldn't cost more than 100-200/-
I thought, it would be a heavy metal item. But, it is cheap & thin plastic handle. Even flat scrape edge is plastic.Only triangular metal edge is of metal, which is thin metal (like a tin sheet!). I don't think, it can scrape anything. It will simply bend, if you try.Only blue pads are useful to apply silicone. Rest all is practically useless. Trust me.
