Really good points across all facets of startup. Some sections were really relevant for me as we go from 100 people to next level.

Tony Fadell has poured his heart and emotions in this. Sharing all small yet important details that add on to make a great product and a great company!Having read some other books where founders share their experience of building the company, I was expecting a story telling approach. Tony tends to become too informative, extending a personal experience into multiple points around the topic. This became boring at some pages in the book.But overall, an excellent book and great learnings!

It's one of the best books out there! Unfiltered power packed nuggets of wisdom from one of the greatest of our times!! No BS!It's a book that i will go back to at every stage of my career- it's amazing!! Thanks Tony for writing this book!!

Good for designers and innovators
