Can i use this as a car alarm delay, say set to 1 minute off, then live after?

Yes but no. It could be set to apply power after 1 minute, but then it would apply power for the set amount of time and then turn off that power.

used 15 so far with one failure...excellent luck so far....45 seconds on 15 minutes off 24/7 for months
