Fit perfectly, easy installation

There are a lot of people saying that it was easy to put on. I guess I'm "special" because I thought it was a nightmare. It took me three hours (mostly my own fault). Check the installation videos here, though. I watched one on YouTube and thought, "Wow, that looks easy," and tried putting it round the drum first, and then over the idle wheel and the drive. Nope! No way. After an hour of killing myself, losing and finding the screw clips several times, hurting my head with a door panel that slipped and fell on me, and exploring the darker realms of the English language, I tried doing it like is shown in a video here: putting it on the drive shaft first, and then pulling it up over the drum. It went on like a charm. I still can't figure out how the guy on YouTube got it to work the other way.Good product, though. Much less expensive that other shops out there. It came on time, the dryer is back up and running and my wife is happy we don't have to pay to use the laundromat. Now if I could figure out what happened to my inner handyman ...
