Can I use this immediately after bleaching?

To keep blonde always looking salon fresh, it’s best to introduce Violet Crush Purple Shampoo from the first wash after a salon color application. We hope this helps!

Is this really cruelty free? I thought they did animal testing in China in order to sell there?

We are often asked if John Frieda products are cruelty-free. In our never-ending quest to get our transformative formulas just right, we test our formulas rigorously, but we absolutely do not test on animals. We follow the conventions of the EU and other governmental bans on animal testing for cosmetics. To sum up, John Frieda allows its materials to be tested on animals when required by law. Therefore, we would NOT consider John Frieda to be a cruelty-free brand.

Does this have any blue pigment?

Not really sure what you mean. It is a deep purple color

Good product

This is a good size for the money. It smells really good. You can't leave it in your hair too long or it does leave a kind of purple tint in your hair. It will stain your hands too. But it will keep the brassiness out of your hair It will not let your hair turn yellow. It is a good product just don't leave in your hair too long.
