Lifesmart 4-Person Plug & Play 13-Jet Hot Tub Spa and Thermal Cover, Taupe | Square Outdoor Spa with 1.0 HP Pump, Cover and LED Light

I was looking for a nice inexpensive hot tub for my spouse and myself. I had been thinking about this tub for months. Finally on Amazon Prime Day, I purchase it. I got a good discount on this tub. It was to be delivered 3-7 days after purchase BUT to my delight, it was delivered the day after I purchased it. The delivery company was fantastic. The tub arrived packaged very well. It was left in my driveway as expected. My husband and I, along with two grandsons, rolled it onto our back porch. We did have to take our screen door off to allow enough room to get the tub into the back porch area. We filled the tub, inserted the recommended Frog Ease chemicals and plugged it up. In 14 hours the tub was up to 100 degrees. The jets are powerful and it has a great little light show. I reside in Indiana, so falls are unpredictable as far as temperature. The first night it was up and running, the temperature dipped to 39. I have had the tub running for 3 days now and it is holding a steady temperature of 100-101. It holds its temperature very well while I’m in the tub with the cover off as well; after 30-45 minutes with the cover off, it only lost 1 degree. I do keep the cover on while not in use. The cover came with the tub and fits perfectly. I did order steps to match the tub separately. I also purchased weighted cushions and head rests for added comfort. This tub is a four seater but it would be a tight fit for four adults. But it works great for my husband and myself. Overall, I would highly recommend this tub and this company. It’s a fantastic alternative to an expensive tub and more durable than a blow up tub.

Receive the week we got our first snow in Nebraska in December. My husband was able to set it up, while I was at work. Took about 28 hours to get up to 104, I believe it was 17 degrees that day. We sat in it the first time while it was snowing! Already has been amazing!! I have teens and elementary age children and all of them couldn’t be more excited about this early Christmas gift!! It is snug for four adults, but don’t plan to have anyone but family in it with us. Bought it on Black Friday week for under $3000, so far worth every penny! Jets are different in every seat, which is fun. This is our first hot tub, I’m pretty sure we are going to live in it! Update: 07/10/26 Still loving it! Heat maintained at 104 all through the Nebraska winter. Hot here now, but have used on the cooler, rainy evenings. Has been easy to maintain and cheap to heat with the 110 outlet. Loving it!

We’ve had this hot tub for about two weeks now and absolutely love it. It heats up to 104 degrees and has plenty of jets and even lights inside. It’s on the small side as far as hot tubs go but it’s perfect for 2-3 people. Downside is delivery as you receive zero assistance (driver dropped it outside our house on the front sidewalk and didn’t even let us know). But the tub itself is a great deal!

This hot tub has been amazing. It was delivery within a few days. We are in it 2-3 times a days. The heat retention in incredible. With the cover it holds the heat’s for a very long time. Seems to be very durable. It is the perfect fit for the two of us. It does seat 4 but let room may be a little tight. It is perfect for relaxation. We have had no issues with leakage. I have also ordered the Frog@Ease smart clor and minerals and very happy with the so far. Will help not have having to add chlorine daily. also. I also feel it is well worth the money.

So far, no good. Nothing works properly. The button panel is wonky. The cold button turns on the lights. The light button doesnt work. The jets come on but the jet button doesnt work. Cant change the temp, doesnt show anything anyways, and if it does its all messed up. Seems like water got into the button panel or the control panel is defective. Funny cuz theres a Quality Control sticker signed off by someone. It also arrived with dirt stains on the seats, which only happens when water is drained from it and then allowed to dry in the sun. Its December 10th. We got the hot tub a week ago. We have to wait till the 18th for a tech to come out to install a new control panel. If thats not the problem the company will have to send the button panel and schedule yet another appt to install that component. OH! And if I dont send back the old control panel they said they'll charge me for it! I paid $3K for a hot tub I cant use and I'll be charged extra if I dont return a broken part?!? Merry Christmas!!

They delivered it to my house in just a couple days. The set up was so easy. I literally just filled it up with my hose and plugged it in once it was full enough since I was just using hose Water it took a couple days for it to warm up enough to get into. I’ve had it for about a month now and use it every day. It’s deeper than any of the other hot tubs that I’ve been in. The Jets work great, and there are actually three different styles of jets, depending on which seat you are sitting in. Two of the seats have adjustable jets. I love how many different settings there are for the lights on it as well, by tapping and holding the button for different length of time there’s actually a lot more settings then what I initially thought. I normally have it set to 104°, but sometimes I’ll Turn it down into the 90s so the kids can play in it. I was a little nervous about what the electric bill might be and I actually didn’t notice much difference. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve been in a lot of different hot tubs that are way more expensive like two and three times the price and I definitely like this one the best. If you have four people in it, the legroom does seem crowded but that’s actually any four person hot tub that I’ve been in lol. It’s very sturdy, Looks great and works great. Cheers!

Got this on Amazon Prime day for $2200. I have had Hotspring for 15yrs. Every time I moved it was $400-$600. -Two of us were able to move it - Filled in an hour. - Heated overnight. - Jets are just as powerful as my previous. - Watkins tub cover really holds the heat in and comes with locks (easy to screw in) which my HOA requires. Shocked it even came with one! Its also lighter than my Hotspring so don't need any lift bars! Only disappointment was it was not what this shows. The picture is a model with more jets and a waterfall. I would have loved the waterfall. You won't get this. As advertised-it is a 13 jet. It uses a Frog brand sanitizer that uses a mineral cartridge you replace everything 4 months and a chlorine cartridge every 4 weeks. Those are around $90 for 1 mineral and 3 chlorine cartridges. ..but you can use a floater as well. I just find this super easy and the test strip always reads "ideal". There is an LED light to pick multiple colors or just choose one. If I ever move- I can take it with me. Although it's is only 13 jets..they are placed where it can reach my upper back and lower back. LOVE IT! Like a previous review said. Just buy it.

I just wish it got hotter. But its a great plug and play hot tub. Says can fit 4 people but in reality comfortably 2-3. I'd say it's smaller than buying a hot tub at an official store.
