any tips on getting this to flow into the floors air cavity? Mine fills the hole I drilled and does not move under the floor

Try tapping on tiles with rubber mallot to loosen any debris that may be stuck blocking the void under the tiles and or use a wire hanger or similar to poke through drilled holes to clear debris & vaccum out. Drill more holes in grout and try until you find the void and adhesive is accpeted and flowing under tiles... Worst case: If hollow spot is only in the middle of the tile you can use a diamond or glass drill bit and drill a hole right into middle of the tile over the most hollow souning spot and inject. Using the correct drill bit is most important or you can risk cracking the tile. This is last resort.

will this liquid become hard overtime?
